5-Year Workmanship Warranty

We, Emerald Greens Grass, LLC, stand behind our artificial turf installation and offer a warranty for a period of five (5) years from the installation date. We accept all responsibility related to any issue caused directly by our installation and workmanship. Any repairs performed after the initial completion date will not reset the warranty period. We recommend that you keep the left-over pieces of turf given to you at completion to ensure that, if any repairs are needed, the turf used will be from the same dye lot. 

Covered by our 5-year installation warranty:

· Wrinkles 

· Seam Separation

· Loose Nails 

Please be aware of what our warranty does not cover:

· Damage resulting from vandalism, fire, floods, or other acts of nature.

· Settling, drainage, or any other issues related to the subbase that may arise from work completed by others before or after the installation. 

· Damage from pets or other animals digging or tearing at the turf. 

· Damage caused by contractors or other parties during or after completion.

· Weed growth of any kind (please reference our recommended maintenance)

· Damage caused by failure to maintain the product according to the provided maintenance instructions.

· Damaged caused by reflection (melting or discoloration)

· Use of chemicals or improper cleaning methods.
